How It Works
- Write the wins as gains, not fractions of the target. "Revenue grew from $38k to $51k in ninety days," not "we missed $60k." Same math; the frame is what compounds.
- Structure each lesson as a planning adjustment. "I learned [assumption] was [wrong] because [evidence]. Next quarter I will [adjustment]." An observation that changes nothing isn't a lesson.
- Make each carry-forward decision explicit. Every unfinished item either earns a Q+1 slot through a fresh Pre-Commitment Test pass or ends here. No default migration.
In Practice
Scoring tells you what the numbers were; closing converts them into inputs the next quarter can use. Follow the order: receive the score, write wins, then lessons, then carry-forward decisions, because each grounds the next. The output is one page, and it's the first document open in the next Load session. Calendar that session within forty-eight hours, while the lessons are still warm and specific enough to shape new Objectives.
