In short: We collect personal information you give us, and some information automatically when you visit.
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you sign up for a free resource or our emails, join the launch team, or otherwise contact us. It may include:
- names (first name only, and optional)
- email addresses
Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to it.
Information automatically collected
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, country, approximate location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. We need it mainly to keep the Services secure and working, and for our analytics and advertising measurement.
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. This includes:
- Log and usage data: service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information, such as your IP address, device information, browser type and settings, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit.
- Device data: information about the computer, phone, or tablet you use, such as IP address (or proxy server), device and browser identifiers, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider or mobile carrier, and operating system.
- Location data: approximate location (such as your country or region) inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise location or use GPS.
2. How do we process your information?
In short: To provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, keep the Services secure, measure our marketing, and comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes only with your prior explicit consent.
We process your personal information for these reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services:
- To deliver services you request, such as sending a free resource you signed up for.
- To respond to inquiries and offer support.
- To send administrative information, such as a signup confirmation email or changes to our terms and policies.
- To request feedback and contact you about your use of our Services.
- To send marketing and promotional emails, in line with your preferences. You can opt out at any time; see your privacy rights.
- To protect our Services, including fraud and spam prevention.
- To identify usage trends so we can improve the Services.
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing and advertising campaigns.
- To save or protect an individual’s vital interest, such as to prevent harm.
3. What legal bases do we rely on?
In short: We process personal information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so under applicable law.
If you are located in the EU or UK, this section applies to you.
The GDPR and UK GDPR require us to explain the legal bases we rely on. We may rely on:
- Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission to use it for a specific purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time; see withdrawing your consent.
- Performance of a contract. We may process your information to provide a service you requested.
- Legitimate interests. We may process your information when it is reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests and those interests do not outweigh your rights and freedoms, for example to:
- send information about our books and free resources
- analyze how our Services are used so we can improve them
- support our marketing activities
- diagnose problems and prevent fraud
- understand how our users use our products so we can improve their experience
- Legal obligations. We may process your information where necessary to comply with the law, such as to cooperate with a law enforcement body or regulator, exercise or defend our legal rights, or disclose information as evidence in litigation.
- Vital interests. We may process your information where necessary to protect your vital interests or those of a third party, such as in situations involving potential threats to someone’s safety.
If you are located in Canada, this section applies to you.
We may process your information if you have given us specific permission (express consent), or where your permission can be inferred (implied consent). You can withdraw your consentat any time. In some exceptional cases, applicable law may permit processing without consent, for example: when collection is clearly in an individual’s interests and consent cannot be obtained in time; for investigations and fraud prevention; for business transactions meeting certain conditions; when the information is in a witness statement needed to assess or settle an insurance claim; to identify injured, ill, or deceased persons and communicate with next of kin; where we reasonably believe someone is a victim of financial abuse; where asking for consent would compromise an investigation of a breach of agreement or law; to comply with a subpoena, warrant, or court order; where the information was produced in the course of someone’s employment, business, or profession and is used consistently with that purpose; for solely journalistic, artistic, or literary purposes; where the information is publicly available and specified by regulation; and to disclose de-identified information for approved research or statistics, subject to ethics oversight and confidentiality.
6. Is your information transferred internationally?
In short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our servers are located in the United States and Germany. Wherever you are, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and by the third parties we share it with (see section 4), including in the United States, Estonia, and other countries.
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland, these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as yours. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. We rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, included in our service providers’ data processing terms, for transfers of personal information between us and those providers. These clauses require recipients to protect personal information originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection law. Details can be provided on request.
7. How long do we keep your information?
In short: As long as necessary for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires otherwise.
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). Your email address and name are kept as long as you remain subscribed to our emails, and afterward only as long as needed to honor your unsubscribe request or meet legal obligations. Usage and location information is kept as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, in line with the retention periods of our service providers (Meta and Plausible).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if that is not possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
In short: Through organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk.
9. Do we collect information from minors?
In short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18, or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction.
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age (or the equivalent age specified by law in your jurisdiction), nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will remove them from our list and take reasonable measures to promptly delete the data from our records. If you become aware of any such data, please contact us at admin@accelerate10x.com.
10. What are your privacy rights?
In short: Depending on your state of residence in the US, or if you are in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, or Canada, you have rights that give you greater access to and control over your personal information. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada), you have rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access to and a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict processing, (iv) if applicable, to data portability, and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. If a decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means, we will inform you, explain the main factors, and offer a simple way to request human review. In certain circumstances you may also object to processing. You can make a request using the details in section 14. We will consider and act on any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
If you are located in the UK and are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, you can complain directly to us, in addition to your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: email admin@accelerate10x.com, or write to the postal address in section 14. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, investigate without unjustifiable delay, keep you informed, and explain the outcome. If you are not happy with our final response, you can refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint; helpline 0303 123 1113; Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF).
If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Withdrawing your consent: If we rely on your consent (express or implied, depending on the applicable law), you can withdraw it at any time using the details in section 14. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal, or processing that relies on other legal grounds where the law allows.
Opting out of marketing emails: You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing admin@accelerate10x.com. You will then be removed from our marketing lists. We may still contact you for non-marketing purposes, such as responding to a request.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies; this will not stop you from using the site.
If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, email us at admin@accelerate10x.com.
11. Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control
Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. No uniform standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will describe it in a revised version of this policy. California law requires us to tell you how we respond to DNT signals: because there is no industry or legal standard for them, we do not respond to them at this time.
Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If you use a browser or extension that supports GPC, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). When we detect the signal, the Meta pixel does not load and we do not report your signup to Meta, with no further action needed from you. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
12. Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?
In short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to access, correct, get a copy of, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw your consent. These rights may be limited by applicable law.

See section 1.
How we use and share personal information
See section 2. We collect and share personal information through targeting and marketing cookies, social media cookies, and beacons, pixels, and tags (the Meta pixel).
Will your information be shared with anyone else? We may disclose your personal information to our service providers under a written contract with each one; see section 4. We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as internal research for improving our Services; this is not “selling” your personal information.
In the preceding twelve months we have disclosed these categories of personal information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose: Category A (identifiers), Category B (personal information under the California Customer Records law), Category F (internet or other electronic network activity), and Category G (geolocation data). The categories of third parties are listed in section 4.
We have not sold personal information for money. In the preceding twelve months we have shared Category A (identifiers), Category F (internet activity), and Category G (geolocation data) for targeted advertising with these categories of third parties: retargeting platforms (Facebook Custom Audiences) and social media advertising (Facebook and Instagram advertising), both operated by Meta.
Your rights
You have rights under certain US state data protection laws. They are not absolute, and in some cases we may decline a request as the law permits. They include:
- Right to know whether we are processing your personal data
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data
- Right to request deletion of your personal data
- Right to obtain a copy of the personal data you previously shared with us
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights
- Right to opt outof processing for targeted advertising (or “sharing” as defined under California law), the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions with legal or similarly significant effects
Depending on the state where you live, you may also have the right to:
- access the categories of personal data being processed (for example, Minnesota)
- obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed personal data (for example, California, Delaware, and Maryland)
- obtain a list of specific third parties to which we have disclosed personal data (for example, Minnesota and Oregon)
- obtain a list of third parties to which we have sold personal data (for example, Connecticut)
- review, understand, question, and in some states correct how personal data has been profiled (for example, Connecticut and Minnesota)

How to exercise your rights
Email us at admin@accelerate10x.com, write to Alchemist 10x LLC, 138 E 12300 S, STE C-1152, Draper, UT 84020, or use the contact details in section 14.
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we honor automatically, or by emailing us.
Under certain US state laws, you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may deny a request from an agent who does not submit proof that you have validly authorized them.
Request verification
When we receive your request, we will need to verify that you are the person whose information we hold. We will use the personal information in your request only to verify your identity or authority. If we cannot verify your identity from the information we already hold, we may ask for more information for verification and fraud prevention. If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may need more information to verify your identity, and the agent must provide your written and signed permission.
Appeals
Under certain US state laws, if we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing admin@accelerate10x.com. We will tell you in writing what action we took or did not take, and why. If your appeal is denied, you may complain to your state attorney general.
Financial incentives
A “financial incentive” is a program, benefit, or other offering, including payments to consumers, in exchange for the disclosure, deletion, sale, or sharing of personal information. We offer free resources, such as The Achievement Blueprint, in exchange for your email address and, optionally, your first name. You opt in by submitting a signup form and confirming the email we send, and you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing or emailing admin@accelerate10x.com; anything you have already downloaded stays yours.
The law permits financial incentives that are reasonably related to the value of the consumer’s data, and requires a good-faith estimate of that value and a description of how it was calculated. We estimate the value of your personal information to us to be roughly equal to the cost of producing and delivering the free resource, calculated in good faith from our related expenses. Under California law, the value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free products or other benefits you receive, less the expense of offering them.
California “Shine the Light” law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents request, once a year and free of charge, information about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of those third parties, for the preceding calendar year. To make a request, write to us using the details in section 14.
13. Do we make updates to this policy?
In short: Yes, as needed to stay accurate and compliant.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be shown by a new “Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice or by contacting you directly. Please review this policy periodically.
14. How can you contact us about this policy?
