Streaks Compound
Treat the chain as the asset, not any single day's output. Protect the chain and the behavior protects itself.
The Promise
Treat the chain as the asset, not any single day's output. Protect the chain and the behavior protects itself.
How It Works
- Define the streak at the smallest defensible unit. What you will do on your worst day — sick, overloaded, low motivation. A streak that bends does not break.
- Treat each day as an identity vote, not a productivity unit. The accumulating evidence is "I am someone who shows up."
- Apply never-miss-twice as the structural defense. A single miss is recoverable; a second miss begins a new pattern. The moment after the first miss is the only moment that matters.
In Practice
The compounding is not just behavioral: it is structural. Late streak days carry more weight than early ones because they are supported by every day before them. Protecting the chain on bad days is higher-leverage than performing well on good ones, because bad-day behavior is what determines whether the asset continues compounding.
